Nicole took her first job in banking job in 1995 where she was exposed to banking regulation very early on in her career. She transitioned out of the private sector to the public sector in 2002 and wrote grants spanning from small community grants to large government grants worth millions for departments like SAMSA and HUD. In 2007, Nicole obtained her Real Estate license in the State of Florida and worked in various aspects of real estate from investing to leasing and property management. In 2012, Nicole was hired to manage a startup foreclosure legal firm in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The firm represented medium to large size banks for judicial foreclosures matters in the State of Florida. From there she moved to real estate operations for a successful startup company out of Oakland, CA where she was hired as an underwriter for the leasing division. She was trained by mortgage underwriters and followed strict mortgage underwriting guidelines in her daily workflow. In 2016, Nicole transitioned to mortgage origination as a processor and subsequently managed operations for a small mortgage startup company in Loomis, CA. Shortly after, she was hired by WCMTG where she worked in closing and managed lock desk functions. She currently oversees all operational functions for WCMTG. Nicole strives to offer streamlined solutions to improve efficiency and reduce burnout, smart working. She operates from a core belief that empowering staff to offer solutions from their own work flow perspectives improves efficiency and work morale.
