I do this with deep product knowledge across all available loan programs and how to leverage them to benefit my clients’ specific needs. Your mortgage is just like a bathing suit – one size does not fit all. Being in the industry for almost a decade has allowed me to close over 500 residential home loans, so there are very few scenarios that I have not come across.
The best part of being an experienced mortgage lender is getting to know every client and working together to make sure the purchase or refinance fits your family’s needs. Whether it be getting them into their first or fifth home, wiping out their pesky debt, or planning for the future with investments in property, themselves, or their children.
Before my career in home loans, I worked in property management including working at the biggest apartment community in Sacramento (over 800 units!). This experience gave me unique insight into all different walks of life and how every person or family needs and wants different things. It gave me the kind of customer service background that I could not have gotten anywhere else. I not only helped bring you into your new home, but made sure you were happy once you moved in. I take this same customer service approach to my career in mortgage lending to make sure you are not only happy when the loan closes, but you refer all your friends and family to me!
