With more than 20 years of experience in mortgage banking, Paul Ueckert is a seasoned executive specializing in sales leadership, operational strategy, and process optimization. As Vice President of Sales & Marketing at West Coast Mortgage Group, Paul leads growth initiatives focused on delivering efficient, compliant, and client-centered lending solutions.

Throughout his career, Paul has built and scaled consumer direct lending platforms, overseen multi-channel production teams, and managed portfolios exceeding $20 billion in servicing. During his tenure at Sierra Pacific Mortgage Company, Inc., he led a high-performing consumer direct division, increased annualized production to $600M+, and implemented strategic data acquisition and operational improvements to enhance profitability and compliance.

Paul’s background spans both executive operations and frontline sales leadership. He has served as an Executive Vice President of Business Operations, Senior Vice President of Mortgage Operations, and division leader—successfully integrating technology, compliance frameworks, recruiting strategy, and performance management across organizations.

He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker (DRE #01840452), holds an AI in Financial Services Professional Certification from Upstart, and earned his B.S. in Finance from California State University-Sacramento.
