Min. of 2-5 years of proven sales prospecting, negotiations and closing experience (preferably in new home mortgage transactions)
Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college (preferred or equivalent work experience)

NMLS Licensed
Base Pay plus Generous split option available

Education and Experience Needed:
• High school diploma, some work experience in the mortgage business helpful (processing or doc draw).
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Must be punctual, self-reliant and able to work with minimal supervision.

• Provide documents and document support to various branches
• Support branches with a courteous and positive attitude
• Complete doc draw for all programs, investor and doc services with high accuracy

• Resolves loan documentation issues with lending team
• Collaborates on problem solving and process improvements efforts to maintain and continuously improve loan operations policy, procedure, and performance
• Performs routine administrative tasks in support of the mortgage loan funding group
• Preparing, packaging and funding documents and finalizing and filing customer files
• Responsible for ensuring accuracy in loan closing process
• Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
• Preparing documentation for scanning, entry into system and proper storage and Shipping to investors
• Completes quality checks of loan packets, document deficiencies, and resolves exceptions with Loan Processors
• When necessary, assists with reports and audits
